Nowadays it is very important to care about the information, because we are living in the informational society and you can't underestimate the way information will be used and shared. Additionally please note that my website contains trademark which belongs both to my company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among my customers, and will be considered a violation of copyright law. I reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notifications. My company is located in Larnaca, Cyprus and the laws of the EU shall govern any interpretation of these terms and conditions. 

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5-7 days after receipt of payment and are shipped. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs which for you are totally free. I ask you to group your items in one order to make it easier for me. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Packing are well-sized and your items are well-protected.

In case of accident

Accidents do happen. In each order I include some extra stones. Buy a super glue and you can re-attach them. Put a small fleck of glue to the canvas. Take a toothpick, salivate it a little bit and with it you can pick up the stone easily. Now you can put it in. If you treat my creation like jewelry the super-strong glue and individual hand-application should make the crystals permanent. Contact me for quotes on larger repair jobs. If your items arrive damaged in shipping, please contact me within 72 hours (replacement; repair or refund at my discretion). 

Guarantees on my work

I strive to take care of all my clients until they're happy. I stand behind my work 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with any of my creations, call me to work out a resolution. 

Return policy

Items purchased through in this online store that have been opened may be returned within 10 days for my credit only if returned item is in new and intact condition. In this case the customer is responsible for 100% of shipping costs. You may cancel the purchase for any reason up to 10 days following your receipt of the ordered products. If you cancel a purchase I will upon receipt of the returned item refund or credit any payments you have made for the ordered product. Please pack it for shipment back to me and write some words with the reason of return. You must take reasonable care that the product is not damaged during the return; therefore I request it be packaged in the same or similar manner it was originally sent to you.
